A service for seniors (over 50) with mild to moderate memory loss related to dementia and fragile adults that maybe isolated. A social model adult day program, 5 hours per day, 2 days per week, with activities that focus on independence, memory enhancement, and encourages opportunities for socialization. The caregiver receives 5 hours of respite.
