Our center is open to all children who may benefit from our type of program. We are licensed for 95 children 6 weeks to 12 years old. We provide 4 different programs: Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, 2 WV Pre-k Classroom and Before/After care. We are open Monday thru Friday 7:30am till 5:30pm. Ohio Valley CLC is open year round except for specified holidays. At Ohio Valley Child Learning Center we believe that environment is the key to creating a joyful place for childhood; and we put a great deal of thought and care into creating those joyful places.
