At Cascade Park Active Day, our mission is to enhance active and social lifestyle for older adults. We offer physical therapy and occupational therapy programs to address the unique needs of our participants (TBI, dementia, Parkinsons, limited mobility, and more). Located in the heart of the Stadium District in Tacoma, our center presents daily sessions to support physical, occupational therapies, comprehensive meals, enriching exercises, and engaging social opportunities.
