Mrs. Frances opened Frances’s Friendly Childcare in 1992 giving her more than 26 years of experience and having raised over 125 children, some of which are university graduates now. Mrs. Frances is a state licensed provider through The Department of Child Services with an additional special permit to care for up to 12 children through Fairfax County’s Board of Zoning. She also has certifications in: Medication Administration Training (MAT); CPR and First-Aid; has course credits through Child Development Associate (CDA); and offers a free food program.
