Horizon Early Learning Program is one child care in a group of 3 programs in the Windham County area. We own and operate Horizon E.L.P., Mulberry Bush Early Learning Program, and Vernon Village Early Learning Program; each unique in style and size, but all held to the highest quality in teaching, communication with families and low ratios to ensure each child's needs are met. We offer a base "school day" with base hours, and then early and late care at additional rates. Our rates are in line with the state child care financial system recommendations based upon quality and their STARS rating system, however we offer scholarships to almost all families who don't qualify for or receive the state child care subsidy. Sibling discounts, as well.
