We provide service to clients who reside in the community and surrounding areas, in order to prevent premature or unnecessary prolonged placement in institutions. Our services are designed to address the medical and social needs of clients though rehabilitation, restorative nursing and social services which improve or maintain a person’s level of functioning. Our Goal is to meet the needs of our clients and their families. Our Adult day Care provides transportation to and from the center as well as breakfast lunch and snack before returning home. Our in house LVN communicates with our clients Dr's to ensure that our clients remain healthy and active. Our daily activities enhance both social skills and motor skills.
