About

Rising Starz Learning Center is a childcare center in Carrollton and Plnao offering high-quality early learning programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our program was designed to support children as they build positive images of themselves and school. Frog Street Curriculum is our developmentally appropriate, and TEA-approved curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool age children. Through our childcare services, we hope to instill a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
