My name is Paulette Byars, owner/director of the day care. I take allegations of discrimination very serious and does not allow that practice to go unaddressed in my center. I personally spoke with the twins mother and she understood the issue at hand, therefore, I am not understanding the bad review given alleging discrimination and not sure on what grounds. Mom has my personal number and my office number, I have an open door policy and is willing to speak with mom again to resolve any misunderstanding she may have.
