At Fresh Start Developmental Learning and Fine Arts Center, we provide high-quality care and education for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our locally owned center is a home away from home where children grow through academic and artistic experiences. We offer small class sizes for meaningful one-on-one teacher interaction and individualized learning. We are licensed, insured, and part of the Texas Rising Star program. We accept CCS subsidies and provide daily nutritious meals to support each child’s success and well-being.
