At Tracy's Learning Center, we’ll give you the attention and personal service you’ll come to expect and enjoy. Tracy's Learning Center has been located in the Karns community in Knoxville since 2003. Let us put our experience to work for you. TLC is committed to teaching our students about God's love for them. With dedicated staff we strive to give you the best in child care.
