Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers help families keep their loved ones at home by providing care and support during the day in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. Our goal is to make every day a good day for each day center participant and their family. The Apponaug Center is located at 3270 Post Road, Warwick on the first floor. The entrance and parking lot are located at the back of Warwick Central Baptist Church on College Street.
