The Webster Early Learning Center has been operating a high quality child care facility since 1986. We are licensed through the Department of Human Services. We hold a Keystone Star 4 rating which demonstrates our staff's commitment to the highest quality of care for our children. The Webster Early Learning Center also participates in the USDA's Food Program, ensuring that the meals served to our little ones are of the highest quality. We pride ourselves on the variety and healthy choices we provide. OUR MISSION The Webster Early Learning Center (WELC) believes early childhood should be kept simple by providing a holistic, caring child care environment where teachers and parents work together to ensure every child develops and thrives.
