Neighborhood Learning Center (NLC) is a 5-day, day care and preschool in Plumsteadville PA. We offer Full and Half day child care, Preschool, and Pre-K. With over 35 years of experience, we strive to foster the development of your child academically, socially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We accomplish this by teaching self-control, self-discipline, and consideration for others through the means of structured play and group activities in a loving atmosphere. We are a ministry of Christ Community Church.
