“It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood." Mr. Rogers reminded us that small daily investments in kindness can make a big impact on the learning and growing of children. Our center values the importance of teaching kids to be good neighbors. We started and steward a lil free library for children based on the "take a book, leave a book" philosophy to help promote literacy for children by fostering a love of reading and to inspire our community to be kind neighbors. Each day, we welcome children into our “neighborhood center community” where together we experience the joys of learning and growing.
