FSC offers unrivaled child care and educational services in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Not only is your child safe with us, but he or she will benefit from our Keystone STAR 2 program. Soon, we plan to be STAR 3 as well. FSC also features an open door policy, allowing parents to visit their children in our facility during the day, if they wish. Our owner, Kerri, went to school for child care and worked her way up to the level of director before starting her own day care center: FRESH START childcare (FSC). Since 2010, we have added many new members to our staff, all of whom have passed background checks, drug screenings, and the proper health assessments.
