Located in the Lund Care Center on the Concordia at Cabot campus, Concordia's Adult Day Services program provides both a safe and secure environment for your loved one to feel welcome and comfortable, and time for you to take care of your needs. Concordia's Adult Day Services is licensed by the Department of Aging.
