Birchsong Play School is a small, creative nursery school in SW Portland that serves young children from infancy through preschool. Part Montessori, part Waldorf, part Reggio Emilia and part Forest School, children move freely across thoughtfully prepared indoor and outdoor environments where kind, experienced educators meet them with joy and respect. Centrally-located and nestled in a hillside in a tree-house like setting, children’s bodies are nourished with organic, home-cooked meals, and their days are filled with laughter, love, and learning. It seems almost too good to be true, but then, so does your child. Welcome to Birchsong Play School, where children's natures are nurtured.
