Rising Stars Childcare Enrichment Academy was established to provide quality, loving care for children Preschool/Prekindergarten. RSCEA believe that all children are unique. When placed into a stimulating environment, children will have the opportunity to RISE to their highest potential. Through developmentally appropriate practices we will guide the learning of children in the areas of Social~Emotional Growth, Fine/Gross Motor Skills, Cognitive Skills, Language Development, and Creative Expression.
