Kadejah’s Playhouse understands that children are unique individuals who deserves a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is our desire as educators to help children meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas among all stakeholders. There are several elements that we believe are conducive to establishing such an environment: the teacher acting as a guide, allowing the child's natural curiosity to direct their learning, promoting respect for all, and early childhood intervention services. The early years of a child’s life is important for life health and success.
