Sundance Social Adult Day Center has been proudly serving the aging population of Brooklyn since 2012, providing a warm, structured, and compassionate environment where older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those with cognitive challenges can thrive. Our program features a full schedule of structured daily activities that promote socialization, cognitive engagement, physical wellness, and emotional well-being. From group games and creative arts to wellness checks and gentle exercise, we help participants stay active and connected—all in a safe, supportive setting. We also offer nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day, along with respite services for caregivers who need reliable, daytime support for their loved ones.
