Summit at Friedwald is an adult day Health facility. The program provides a social atmosphere that supports personal independence and promotes both physical and emotional well-being. The program focuses on each individuals emotional, medical and practical needs. Our qualified staff includes several licensed nurses, CNA‘s, an experienced recreation staff and other medical personal that will develop specific care plans as determined by the registrants needs. Physical and occupational therapy are also available as is a Social Worker to help navigate the difficulties of healthcare paperwork. We keep in touch with family and primary care positions to optimize your healthcare.
