New York Memory Center is a social-model day program located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We are tailored to meet the unique needs of people living with memory loss. We offer a wide range of diverse programming with the structure and support our members need to fully enjoy them, including live music and singing, hands-on art workshops, gentle exercise classes, and social activities. Each day includes a hot lunch and snacks, as well as safe accessible van transportation to and from most neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
