Lefferts Garden is a social adult day center located in the heart of Brooklyn known as ​'Prospect Lefferts Gardens’. We provide the supervision and services to insure that seniors are healthy, nourished, safe and well taken care of. Our program is designed with the seniors in mind. We place special emphasis on not only keeping the seniors social and active, but also on helping maintain a sharp mind, and helping them learn new skills
