Diversified Social Adult Day Care provides organized, supportive social activities to meet the needs of Woodhaven, Ozone Park and Cypress Hills residents in a place other than the elderly's own home. Our goal is to provide a safe environment and therapeutic activities aimed at helping participant's achieve optimal physical and mental/cognitive functioning. We are here to improve the quality of life for older adults by reducing social isolation, and increasing social community engagement while promoting health, independence, dignity and quality of life.
