Community Choice of NJ

Community Choice of New Jersey is a community-based adult day habilitation service organization licensed through the NJ Division of the Developmental Disabilities (NJ DDD) to daily serve 18 years of age or older, who need supportive services to live as independently as possible. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults with disabilities. We wish to by enhancing lives, removing barriers, and creating opportunities for our program participants. CCNJ provides a broad range of services to meet the needs of our adult participants. It is our vision to the regional provider of choice for services throughout the lives of our adult participants with disabilities.
