Sun Valley Adult Care Center is a Medicaid approved day care facility that provides care to adults over the age of 18 and senior participants. Our center is licensed by the Department of Health and Senior Services of Missouri as well and the Department of Mental Health. We offer compassionate care and support to our participants and enrich their lives based on their individual needs and interests. Our adult day center allows peace of mind to caregivers when their loved ones cannot be left alone at home. We offer nutritious meals throughout the day, social activities, exercise, field trips, and transportation to and from the center. We have health monitoring by our nurse and and our certified and dedicated staff.
