Close to Home is a state licensed adult day center that provides support to adults who have experienced physical and/or cognitive changes in their lives, Engaging in meaningful activities, physical exercise and wellness program, joining Close to Home can allow family members and experienced caregivers to focus on their work, by completing their tasks or just rest, the service we provide during the regular work hours can reduce the stress and provide relief often experienced by caregivers and families.
