Transfiguration Lutheran Church Early Learning Center (TLC-ELC) is a Parent Aware four-star, NAEYC-accredited child care and preschool program in Bloomington, MN. Located in a safe, quiet, neighborhood setting in Southwest Bloomington, TLC provides high-quality care for children from infancy through school age. Many of our teachers have been at TLC for decades, and over 40 former TLC students have gone on to work at TLC themselves. We provide homemade meals, field trips (during non-pandemic times), physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual learning, and a loving, caring, family-oriented atmosphere. We have lower than state-mandated teacher-to-student ratios to maintain quality of care and personalized attention to children.
