I want the children in my program to be engaged, learn social communication, and have fun. I have a schedule, but it's flexible to allow children's interests and needs to determine what happens next. I am trained in child-directed play and responsive scheduling. Usually, days begin with drop off and free play and may include morning snack, circle time, and motor skills development. One of my favorite times of each day is storytime, where we can work on our cognitive development and listening skills, during the most relaxing time of the day. I am so grateful to parents for trusting me with their children! I want all families to know their child will receive lots of love and care while they are here with me and the extra education is a bonus!
