Countryside Adult Day Health center is a medical based day program open Monday through Friday that offers daytime supervision, health care, meals, snacks and other supportive services. We also offer 4 hours of therapeutic activity every day that are designed to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled adults while promoting their health & wellness, while helping participants maintain their independence. We value individual relationships built on trust, mutual respect, and a sincere desire for personal growth and development. We care about people, we keep people informed, and we go beyond expectations in helping people feel safe, involved, and supported.
