The Carl & Norma Miller Children’s Center, located on the campus of Frederick Community College, provides a safe and stimulating environment for developmentally appropriate learning. We provide exceptional care for children within our local communities, along with reassurances for parents that their children are receiving only the best levels of care and education. The Carl & Norma Miller Children’s Center is accredited by the National Academy for the Education of Young Children, and participates in the military assistance fee program and the purchase of care state subsidy program. Licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education, Office of Child Care (MD-44818).
