As an Adult Day Health Care Agency, we offer comprehensive services regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or national origin. Services are provided to males and females at least 65 years of age or older and/or 18-64 who are disabled. Empower To Inspire Adult Day Program goal is to provide excellent personal care during the daytime to participants with developmental issues, physical disabilities, the elderly and our beloved veterans. Our goal is to promote, impact and foster consistent services to our elderly and disabled participants. Our team will ensure that the medical, emotional and social needs of the participants are met and maintained via a person-centered plan.
