We are an Adult Day Health Center. We serve younger adults who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We provide nursing services, personal assistance, occupational, physical, and speech therapy services all on site. We also provide lots of fun and engaging activities through out the day. We are in the smile business and strive to make each day the best ever:) We also provide other services like Community Living Supports (CLS), Personal Assistance, and Attendant Care services through the MPW, HCBS, and SCL Waiver Programs.
