If you are caring for a loved one with a chronic illness or dementia/Alzheimer's St. John's is here for you. We offer an Adult Day Program for folks with dementia, support groups, and a free medical equipment loan program. Classes are available to attend to learn coping techniques and skills. St. John's has lots of resources and can help you and your loved one remain independent.
