Power Day Care Center (PDCC) a not-for-profit community base facility located in the West Pullman area, near Halsted and 123rd Street was established on June 19, 2000, to provide full daycare for children 6 weeks to 6 years old. Power Day Care Center opened with the capacity to service 30 children: with 6 full-time employees and 1 executive director. We now have the capacity of two levels to serve 55 children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old with 8 full-time employees, 1 part-time employee, and 1 director.
