Destiny Adult Day Center provides daytime care to participants with an individualized person centered plan of care. Older adults with physical and or cognitive impairments will enjoy the health benefits of engaging in meaningful social and recreational activities with peers in a safe supervised and caring setting. Caregivers can relax knowing their loved one is being cared for during the day while they tend to their own needs, engage in other responsibilities, or simply enjoy time off from caregiving. Destiny Adult Day Services offers participants an opportunity to engage in meaningful activities of recreation and socialization while providing a respite for caregivers in a supervised setting.
