Charleston Community Early Learning Center has been serving the community children since 1968. We are a not-for-profit learning center dedicated to quality childcare and development–admitting children regardless of race, color, sex, nationality or religious background. It is the mission of the Charleston Community Early Learning Center to serve Charleston and the surrounding communities by providing a developmentally appropriate early-childhood setting for children ages six weeks through 10 years of age.
