Majestic Visions Alliances, Inc. is contracted with Optum to provide an Adult Day Health Center within the state of Georgia. We provide excellent care, and our contractual services with Optum span for several years already. Our adult day care in Fairburn, Georgia provides therapeutic services for adults including transportation (to and from the center), food service, engaging activities, and respite care (for caregivers). Assessments and program availability are provided upon request.
