Alexis Adult Day Care Services, Inc. is a Medicaid-Approved facility that is licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health. We serve the Middle Georgia area providing social activities, monitoring client health, catering two healthy meals and snacks, and transporting clients to and from the facility and/or medical appointments five days per week. Trained aides and registered nurses guide and direct social activities and supervise client care.
