Florida PACE Centers (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a health plan and provider of coordinated, personalized healthcare and social engagement for older adults. You may be eligible for PACE if you are over 55, live in our service area in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, and qualify for nursing home-level care but can live safely at home or in the community with Florida PACE Centers support.
