Lily Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) offers assistance and services to low income, elderly or disabled individuals. CBAS services assist participants to continue living at home and remain in the community, with the intention to minimize the need for nursing home care. CBAS participants receive the following benefits: -Nursing services — to observe and monitor participant's health and medications -Social Services- to provide counseling and support -Personal care/social services — to help with hygiene and other daily tasks -Physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy -Meal service — to provide at least one meal per day at the center -Transportation — to and from the CBAS center, as necessary
