We’re a licensed and Medi-Cal certified community-based program providing our San Diego Senior Adult Day Care community a variety of health, therapeutic, and social services to medically, socially, or psychologically eligible adults since 2002. Specializing in social, individualized and empathic care, we serve 135 participants daily—complementing the care received at home. Our skilled Multi-Disciplinary Team consists of: nursing department, medical director, social services department, physical therapist, occupation therapist, activity director, psychologist, registered dietitian, and a speech therapist. As a warm and welcoming all-inclusive center, AmeriCare elderly day care center brings community together through shared experiences.
